I come in to buy jewelry cleaner. The associate offered to clean my bracelet and at first I said no because I had just cleaned them at home. She offered a second time and I'm so glad she did! I'm shocked at how much they sparkled. Thus complimentary service is a nice touch to the service experience in the store.

Kelley helped me pick the best gift for my friend! We used the engraving machine and im very pleased with how the design came out... and i enjoyed her explaining and showing the different options of engraving. Also picked out alot of items for myself as a pre-mother's day!
