My experience at the Pandora store was wonderful because when I came in I asked her about a bracelet she got right to it found me a charm and my day was wonderful day and the clerk was wonderful to work with she listened to me and not trying sell me something that I did not want thank you

Alexis was our sales person she was very knowledgeable knew the product well and helped us with all of our selections so quickly and so easily it was a great experience

I liked my sales person. She was nice. Good selection of jewelry for a majorly indecisive person._

Alexis was absolutely amazing from helping with my messed up online Afterpay order all though she couldn’t finish my sell due to helping another customer and DC finished me up and was just as nice and sweet down to even telling me to grab some charms from Vegas because they only have them there I could tell he was excited to help through the mask he kept a smile

Always go to this particular Pandora in Valley View Mall in Roanoke because I love the one employee who always helps me I wish I got his name all I know is he is a Pisces LOL

All the charms, rings, earrings and the bracelet &bangles are special and for whatever occasion..I just love them all.

Each sales person including the main girl were there the minute we wanted opinions or had questions. The sales lady was very patient as we tried multiple charms, interchanged, and continued to be indecisive. Very friendly and complimentary.

I enjoyed the help from sales associate. The transaction was quick and easy.
