The manager Kelley always greets with a smile and awesome jewelry and styling recommendations!

Sales associates were extremely friendly and eager to help me. In addition, they suggested items and collections/combinations that I may not have otherwise thought of myself. They offered many options, an opportunity to apply for a Pandora Card, and created me a wish list for future purchases for me!

My sales associate was well educated about the jewelry and very patient as I decided what I wanted. I told her the things I liked and we went through the different things (bracelets & rings). She made my experience the best I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything immediately! Will definitely be back cause of this associate.

We were greeted warmly by Taylor or sales associate as we walked through the door of the store. She knew exactly where the items were that we were looking for and provided very good information about each piece that my wife looked at. The checkout process went very smoothly without any issues.

Taylor was super friendly and helpful. She showed us all of the charms we requested to see. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the right size bracelet.
