There was another customer in there who made a comment about the color of my skin as well as some other things that were not kind, The store associates handled it really well and apologized about it while still helping me out with my ring and bracelet

I was looking for a specific selection of charms to add to a bracelet. Found two with the help of Emilee and she suggested 3 others and an additional bracelet. She created a very nice group.

I was waited on immediately, though I was not pressured. There was a good selection, and I got what I came for. Very friendly staff. Natalie was very helpful and congenial.

I love coming to the Roanoke Pandora. Love all the sales associates there♥️ Need to bring one to Kingsport, Johnson City or Bristol. Love u all♥️

The sales reps are always super nice and helpful! They take their time to go through the items with you.

The salesperson DC was a joy to interact with. He was ver knowledgeable about his product. He was very confident in his sales approach. I love him💕. I have worked in customer service all my life it was very refreshing to come upon some one like him his the customer service world today. Pandora when you hired DC two words: WELL DONE. I will shop this store again and again. I hope every one is like DC. One of a kind from the time he answer the phone until the final sale 🤗
