I was highly satisfied with my experience because, Taylor, at Valley View Mall, Roanoke Va, was very nice knowledgeable, nice and friendly. She helped me find the perfect gifts for Mother’s Day and 2 of my daughters Birthday’s that were coming up and they absolutely loved their gifts. I love Pandora!

The sales person Natalie L was so friendly and knowledgeable. She even had knowledge of discontinued items that I was interested in. I received more for my money than I expected.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. They were more than willing to show me whatever tray of charms I wanted to browse and helped me find the perfect pieces for my bracelet.

Was going to get a gift for my daughter, for her graduation. The lady was very sweet and very happy to help me find what I wanted. The ring I got my daughter she was very happy with it.
