There was no wait time when I arrived, the sales associate was very friendly and helpful to locate my original purchase to do an exchange. This bangle I originally purchased end kept falling off she showed me other items that were nice and set up the exchange.

I visited this Pandora store as an out of town visit. I had a terrible experience at the Short Pump store back in November, but the Roanoke Pandora store resolved everything and I had a wonderful experience. Taylor was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The staff went out of their way to correct the errors of my previous negative experience in Richmond. I will definitely shop here again when I visit Roanoke!

Brittney was awesome when helping me and my friend pick out rings i actually bought two because Brittney helped me find the cutest ones and best for my fingers!

The staff was extremely welcoming. They advised us of the stores layout in case we were looking for something in particular. They maintained social distancing while answering all our questions.
