The sales associate was very friendly and help. I wanted to purchase a ring and I didn't know what size my fingers were. I have arthritis and the sales associate helped size my fingers. She was extremely helpful.

Kelly helped me and is always knowledgable about the charms and the availablity of them. She puts the charms together very well. Always polite and willing to help however she can.

I ALWAYS do my Christmas shopping for the wife, both daughters, my mother-in-law, and my Mom at the Pandora Store. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and eager to suggest items or give me ideas. I don't really have an eye for fancy, cool jewelry, but the staff is there to guide me and help me get through my trying times of finding the "perfect gifts"!! HANDS DOWN: best customer service I have ever, EVER had in any store, year after year!! For that, thank you!!!

The sales reps were very knowledgeable and worked together as team to meet my needs. I was looking for a particular product and once I found it, it was the last one in the store and on display. the sales rep did not hesitate to take it off display and sell to me.

I came in to exchange a gifted item, which had broken. The sales rep and manager apologized for the damage item and offerred to show me something I would be satisfied with. I was not planning on spending more, but I am in sales as well, and the associates recommendation met all my needs. And once the sun hit my bracelet, I knew I made a great choice. Thanks Paul!
