The customer service given by Miss Kelley was phenomenal as always and the selection was great as well also. This pandora store and all its employees is what gives pandora its great reputation.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED I GOT MY DAUGHTER FOR CHRISTMAS A RING AND A PAIR OF EARRINGS. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE RING THAT I WANTED IM MY SIZE MY I WAS SO HAPPY WIITH THE EMPLOYEE THAT WAITED ON US SE TOOK HER TIME AND WAS SO SWEET. SHE ORDERED THE RING IN MY SIZE AND TOLD ME SHE WOULD CALL ME WHEN IT CAME IN HER NAME WAS ALEXIS. FROM THE VALLEY VIEW MALL IN ROANOKE. I WILL ALWAYS GO THERE TO BUY MY PANDORA.

The sales person was quick to respond. she knew exactly what I was talking about . She had no problem locating anything I asked about. Overall even though I was not planning on buying but one pair of earrings because she was excellent I ended up with 3 sets of earrings a necklace and ring I love her

Associate was very knowledgeable about merchandise and helped me find exactly what I was looking for!

I brought my husband there to look for a silver bracelet and his expectations were met very satisfactorily that we didn't have a hard time looking for it. The customer service was great, as well!
