The store is very brightly lit and there were cheery decorations for the current COVID circumstances. All associates were friendly and helpful. Paul was especially nice. We enjoyed the overall experience.

Desi and Kelsey went out of their way to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for. I was able to complete my daughter's Harry Potter collection with their great knowledge of where all of the charms were located. Jessie was assisting my best friend with her new bracelet and was very knowledgeable. I really this this location as the staff are not pushy, they let you as the customer decide exactly what you want.

I thought my bracelet was broke. Since Covid-19 the store had been closed for like 6 weeks or more. I spoke to Kelley B the next day of the closing and she assured me she would help me when they reopened. Kelley was there 3 days after our mall opened back up and I just didn't know how about my bracelet. It wasn't broke! I bought a charm for my link bracelet (which I love). Also my LOVED bracelet was jammed and couldnt remove it. Kelley replaced my locket. It was a Mother's Day gift. She is always so willing to help with any problem I have. I'm glad they have opened back up.

The associates were very helpful and willing to assist me with a quick purchase, given the fact that they were closing the store in 20 minutes because of COV-19. They were very knowledgeable and quick to provide ideas for a birthday present and weren't concerned with closing the store. I was very impressed.
