I stopped by the store at lunch time and was out in 15 minutes. The girl was friendly and helpful. There were several other customers in the store and all were being taken care of

Kelley is just amazing. She always makes me feel like family. This is by far my favorite Pandora store. I am so pleased with my purchases.

I was greeted with a smile, asked if I needed assistance, and all of my questions were answered quickly and accurately.

This is the first time visiting this store and upon walking in, you were warmly greeted and felt genuinely welcome. The sales person, Taylor M. Greeted you with a warm smile and proceeded to help me find items I was interested in. The only thing was not many items were on sale, just a very select few. I would have bought more if there were more sales items.

Great customer service. All questions answered. Employee was always focus on the best service to provide. I usually don’t buy any type of jewelry at the first time but your employee gave me very good service and attention that I had no questions whatsoever

I went in to find a new bracelet and I saw the one I wanted was listed as unavailable at that location. I wanted to take a look anyway to see about ordering it or getting something else. I went in and was welcomed by the ladiesworking and right away asked if there was anything they could help me with. I told them what I was looking for and right away they said they had the exact bracelet and that it had come in that morning. They even assisted me in picking out my first charm to go on the bracelet.

Sales associate was helpful and readily available. When trying to make exchange from online purchase she immediately helped us and allowed us to look at our options. It was a very good experience.

I was attended to immediately and fitted for a bracelet right away the sales person was right on point
