Zeke not only cleaned my charm bracelet but assisted me with my purchase. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed and helped me pick out something that looked good on me. He also let me know about future sales that would be happening because I mentioned that Mother’s Day was coming up. I have already told my children to come and talk to him for their next purchases

The associate immediately came and helped me with an issue I had when I placed an order online. She recommended products that I needed for my bracelet. Desi was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!

The representative my husband and myself spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful. My husband had purchased a small size rose gold chain for me while we were at Disney World but, a few months and charms later, I really needed a thicker/ longer one to support the weight. The young woman exchanged my smaller chain and put it towards the price of the more expensive one. She even helped my husband add a surprise Lady and the Tramp charm that night! I love Pandora! I always go in knowing what I want and get more than I expected.

My sales associate "Amanda" and her partner in sales who's name I forgot to get. Both had smiles on their faces when I walked through the store, and were very greeting and informative on questions I had on making my first purchase. They engaged in conversation with me about the person (my daughter) that I was getting this special gift for. They both made me feel comfortable and confident about spending my 💰 there. Kenneth the Associate was very helpful and his recommendations was right on. He was very knowledgeable concerning Pandora merchandise. Overall my experience was a positive one and I would not hesitate to recommend the Pandora store at the Valley View Mall to my relatives and friends.
