The store clerk that served me was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about what I was interested in. She was very patient.

My husband had bought me a bangle with ours and our children's birthstone charms for my Mother's Day and Birthday gifts. The clasp came undone the first day I wore it but I noticed before anything happened. But the second time wearing my bracelet, the clasp came undone and two beads fell off. I was devastated and corporate Pandora told me they couldn't help me. However, Kelley, the store manager at the Pandora where my husband bought the bracelet and charms, generously offered to replace the two beads that were lost and do an even exchange on the bangle with the defective clasp. Also, Heather and Desi were so helpful during the exchange process on the day I stopped by. This was such a special gift to me from my husband and Kelley's willingness to go above and beyond to replace my beads and exchange the bangle meant the world to me. The customer service here is unparalleled! Way to go Pandora Roanoke!

Our salesperson Kenneth was extremely nice and helpful to my wife, he showed several rings that she was interested in and took the time to pair several rings together, which why I purchased two rings. Kenneth did a great job making my wife feel special that day.
