The sales associate was very knowledgeable. The store was very presentable, warm and welcoming. The associate went above and beyond helping me with potential future projects.

I first went in for a cleaning and Kene he helped me getting my bracelet clean and I also purchased two charms the same day and pick my bracelet up following week that's when I meant Kelley and Emilee which helped me build the rest of my charm bracelet which is very beautiful thank you so much and they are very knowledgeable

Kene was so delightful and helpful! I went in to browse and ended up leaving with an early start to my holiday shopping. Kene was so friendly!

Didn't expect to spend soo much

The man and lady working acted as if we were interrupting them by coming in. Papers were scattered over the showcase we were looking into. The man came over and gathered them with a huff. The lady would not bring out trays of merchandise, rather just asked what size and what we wanted specifically.

A bit pricey

I mean it was just a store I was very happy that it had the 2 charms that I have been looking for. It was extremely busy cause of Valentine’s Day

They associates kept us separated but the store was crowded. Staff pleasant but some seem forced.
