The sales associate was knowledgeable and caring. I always love going to this location

Sales girl had long pointy nails making it difficult and time consuming to try to place bracelets off and on my wrist. Didn't have ME bracelet in my size. Staff jury rigged by adding links to make the sale. Promotion of free snowflake bracelet they said they only had small bracelet so I have a FREE bracelet but cannot wear as it is too small for me.

I wore jewelry out of store but no box or bag for merchandise was offered
