Was looking for a mother's day gift with my daughter for her, but was told it was too soon for specials for Mother's day. But within the week Specials appeared online!!!!! Interesting

They didn’t attend to customers as fast as they should’ve, I was waiting for someone for a good 10 minutes until they spoke to me and waited even longer just to get my charms, spent longer in there than expected from the last time I visited

Staff we so uninterested and like unapproachable when I walked it I was greeted then they kinda wondered around the store like I need help !!!!

Process if trying to shop with the treys of jewelry Not being able to view all the products without other salesmen coming to take the treys The store set up is dysfunctional.

Cleaning was not available. unhappy that i am unable to wear my Pandora ring because it needs to be cleaned. I should not have to purchase your cleaner to clean my ring. Is there no alternative method?

Pandora associates unsure of answers. Decided there was only one solution. Stated I needed “to prove” my prior purchases

My ring was purchased by my boyfriend on the17th and five days later it’s already missing a gem. For the price of the ring I would have figured it would be high quality.

Really happy with the selection available for my daughter's petite ring size of 4.5. She had a lot to choose from and we purchased same day. Will definitely return. Sale's associate was very nice and patient.
