Customer service at this store is absolutely wonderful. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to this store.

The sales woman was very kind. She directed me towards what would fit. Also she knew a lot about how to care for each different design.

Stephanie was very knowledgeable and patient. However, the computer system took for ever for the transaction to go through when it came to payment. Stephanie had to use a couple of hand held monitors in order to complete transaction. This will be a problem for the sale assistance during busy times. Stephanie was professional and calm despite the problem she had trying to complete the transaction. Thank you Stephanie for all your assistance

Not so much collections to my liking

I was not highly satisfied with my pandora experience because I came in this weekend with my boyfriend to buy me a ring, I picked ones out and told them my size was 4.5, but whenever i got my ring it was a size 5, much looser than my actual size. not a big problem but i’ll just come back and get another size!
