Santa Rosa always has the sweetest, most helpful staff. I was picking up the best friends puzzle charm set and they had me on my way with the best present for a friend having a hard day!

The associate who helped me(I’m so sorry I forget her name) was so kind and patient with me, showing me all the different options I was looking for. I wasn’t planning to buy anything during my visit, just look at my options, but she was so helpful and sweet with me I couldn’t not buy something! She deserves a raise/promotion for how hard she works to be good at her job!!
