This was my first purchase from Pandora, I’ve always wanted a bracelet from here. Genoveva i believe that’s the name of the sales associate that helped me with my bracelet was very friendly, helpful, and patient as she showed me and explained all the choices I had. She gave me a tour of all the selections. I walked out very happy with my Pandora bracelet and will be returning soon to get more pendants soon. Thanks for making my experience a great one.
