Pandora Jewelry

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because of the sales rep Sofia P . She was super friendly and open about the jewelry available at the store . She also introduced and encouraged me to get more charms as she knew the type of charms that were affordable. I was super impressed .

My daughter bought me the Reflexion bracelet and a gold star charm for my birthday. I went back to Pandora as my bracelet fell off 3 times as did the charm, but I never recovered the star. I was greeted by Theresa at the Boca Mall and her assistance was nothing that I expected. . . It was the best service I have ever experienced in any retail store I have shopped. Theresa admitted that the bracelets and charms have been problematic, she offered a replacement bracelet. I did not expect that. I contacted custome-care, and as a one time courtesy, they are replacing the star charm that I lost. Not only was Theresa so helpful, but more so, Theresa genuinely cared. That is something most unusual in today’s retail world. Thank you Theresa, you are exceptional, and thank you Pandora! I highly recommend Pandora as a go-to for jewelry. I will return!

Massive variety

The employees helped out so much, and were super nice. The employee who helped me out was so friendly! Overall experience was great. One charm I wish was in stock wasn’t, the employee said it might have been discontinued. Only limited flags were in stock. But I have no complaints about my experience there!

Our sales associate Selina H (165280) was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Her helpful personality and recommendations made our choices much easier.

They saw me entering the store with my dog, a french bulldog, and showed me the dog charms immediatly. I didn't hesitate, they new exatly what to offer by being observative. Great job.

I have never owned any Pandora jewelry before. The new Lion King collection drew me in and i left with a crown ring. I couldn't resist! Great service!
