Considering that we are days away from Christmas Day, and how many people were in the store, Clara was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Upon approaching her I asked if she knew whether the specific item (Mickey and Minnie in the car) was available in her store, she immediately tried with "Yes it is!", and less than a minute later, she proved how right she was. Now, Clara not only brought the item I was desperately looking for, but she very intelligent brought another Mickey for me to share if I was aware of that new item... her selling strategy and skills worked, so I gladly purchase two beautiful items.
