The price of the product was really good. Also, the sales associate pulled out all of the rings in my size. He also paired rings together that would look good so it made the process easier.

The assistant manager Selina Haradon was super friendly and very helpful in helping me choose the perfect ring. she also gave me recommendations on how to style the ring with other ring selections should I choose to purchase in the future. She also helped me decide which finger the ring I purchased would look best on.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because Katherine was so amazing. She was smiling and seemed to truly enjoyed her job! That made me happy and I wanted to buy something from her. She is a great representative for your company, I didn’t however have the same feeling about another associate. His name was Leo, he was pushy and very condescending towards coworkers when they asked him a question. I’m visiting the Florida area for a few months and definitely will visit this store again hoping to be met with a smile and sincere kindness of Katherine

Pleasant greeting by the associate of the store. Not too pushy, fake, just pleasant and kind. The associate distance at the same time engagement really satisfied me as a clientele. I don't like fake and pushy associates. I want to enjoy my shopping and don't like to feel like I have someone follow my every single move. The associate engaged perfectly.
