The Design Specialist were very helpful and insightful. They seemed very enthusiastic and you can tell they enjoyed assisting the customers. They provided assistance on designing stackable pieces that would be great for me.

Store is well disposed. Great selection on most charms. Wish they had more choice for Essence charms and would give you time to browse thru store..there were at least 3 employees..no other customer but myself and was sort of rushed
