I love the cleanliness of the store and how the associates will assist and also make suggestions as well.

I called midday on Nov 8 to see if they had two particular Disney charms available and if they could put them aside as we would be visiting the store that evening with our daughter. The charms were for her birthday. We arrived and the salesman found our items and also noticed that my husband was wearing a Veterans' pin. My husband was very impressed by that and we were generously given an additional military discount on our purchase which included the 2 initial Disney charms and an additional bracelet. The staff were so nice and understanding when our daughter was overly excited running around the store and pretending to take orders from behind the counter (she's 3 years old & it was past her bedtime). You don't often see patience like that in retail staff these days and this mom appreciated that.

The sales person was helpful and took her time. There was no pressure to buy. She gave choices and suggestions.
