Leo was very precise about everything. He took the time to level my bracelet, he told me to take as much time as I needed to, to decide which charms I wanted. He also gave me information about the VIP card I just opened.

Even though it was Saturday and store was busy. Sales clerks were efficient and explained the wait time. The Sales person who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with the selection. Everyone was positive and friendly.

The salesgirl, Roberta, was absolutely lovely! I told her what I was interested in, and she went out of her way to find every item I might want. She was both adorable and as helpful as could be!
