This was my first time in a Pandora store. I was very impressed with the sales associate who helped me. His name was Max. Max went above and beyond to help me pick out a present for my future daughter-in-law. I received a Pandora bracelet as a retirement gift from my team. I was very appreciative of their generosity and could not believe how beautiful the bracelet was.

The girls were very nice and kind.

The sales associate greeted me immediately, was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Max was super helpful in finding the rings for my friend and I. He found each of our sizes in every ring we wanted to look at. He was very friendly and very helpful!

Max greeted us immediately upon entering the store. We were shopping for a gift. He knew the stock very well, listened to what we were looking for and helped us to make an excellent selection. He was delightful to work with.

I called the Boca Raton location at 8:50 pm and the call was promptly answered. An associate located the items I needed and held them for me. I could not get to the location for a few days and was impressed that a different associate new about my call. He was very knowledgeable and happy to assist.

I was in the store twice last week purchasing gifts for two of my seven .granddaughters. I’ve purchased bracelets and charms for their birthdays and Christmas. Two them have completed bracelets and have moved on to rings! Along the way, I’ve purchased one for myself...your employees are always awesome!

Everyone was very friendly since I buy charms a lot. The price is a little high but it must be the quality.
