I was shopping for my sisters 21st birthday and the sales lady was extremely helpful. I had no idea what I wanted, but I left with a new bracelet and two charms. I also had my own bracelet cleaned. The service was amazing! Personable workers and a great variety to choose from! She knew I was on a budget and recommended a $25 charm so that I could get more than one. Sold! I’ll be back!!!

The staff is very patient

I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. Shamekca Pelissier assisted me and was very patient, accommodating, kind and sincere. This was by far the best experience I have had shopping at this Pandora location at Boca Town Center. I will definitely return and ask for Shamekca.

Sales person quickly greeted me. She was familiar with what I was looking for. I was able to take my time picking out the charm I wanted.
