I purchased a ring while on a cruise and realized it was the wrong size when I got home. The staff at the store were very welcoming and had no issues exchanging the ring for the correct size

The store was very busy on the Sunday I was shopping yet someone addressed me immediately and found a sales associate to help me. I had already picked out three possibilities as a gift for my great niece. I was a little disappointed because the store only had two of three for me to choose from. No one offered to show me a picture or describe the third. However, I also did not ask for that information. Over all a pleasant experience.

The representative Shamika was so wonderful. So pleasant and friendly. She was patient with us and it was the third time we were there and she remembered us. I’ve been to the boca store and sometimes I have felt like others were more impatient rushing to get to the next customer or made me feel like I didn’t belong there. I will return and refer my friends and anyone to see her!!!!

Went to purchase a gift and the sales person was very friendly. The sales person was very knowledgeable about all your merchandise and was able to make some suggestions. She was so pleasant and helpful with everything I need and also suggested that I get a Pandora card for future purchases and for exclusive perks.
