Shamika was very nice and helped me and my mom look at charms. It was my first time buying charms at Pandora and it was amazing. So many options and they let me look at whatever I wanted. Will definitely be coming back and buying more!!!

Spoke with sales associate over the phone, and she offered to set aside my purchase. When arrived at store, I was greeted as I entered. Sales rep I spoke with over phone was not available, however I was assisted by another associated immediately.

I inherited a Pandora bracelet with a few charms and got very excited about added some charms to make it my own. There is so much to choose from and the big new stiore is beautiful and easy to navigate. The sales girl, Taniya, knew everything and immediately pulled out the charms I wanted and made very good recommendations.
