The customer service was great, I love being able to find just what I need while I'm there. The women of my family just love gifts.

My daughter received a ring her sister bought for her online. I expected an issue (we needed to exchange the size) as we did not have the receipt. I was surprised as we had an AMAZING experience in the store. Leo greeted us immediately and was friendly and efficient the entire process. The associates in the store were all friendly, not just to us, but to each other as well. We were finally able to switch for the correct size and my daughter left wearing her new ring. It was honestly a great experience, which you don’t find often these days. I will definitely return, to this location, and refer friends and family, based on the service level Leo and team provided. Thank you!
