The customer service was great and the sales assoicate was very patient with me. I wasn't aware of the charms and what was needed to start my bracelet. She helped me to chose the perfect ones to add to my collection. I would recommend pandora to any of my friends and family.

I am highly satisfied because the associates are really nice and they make sure that you are happy on what you purchased. The store is so big and nice and clean. All the merchandise are organized and you can tell that associates take care of the store

Very nice staff, tried to get me 10%off first time using Pandora card, which was very nice. They could not, socthst was the only disappointing part. The ladies were excellent!

I was highly satisfied with the experience because one of the many reasons was the cashier. Another reason was because of the environment I was the environment was very clean. the cashier had very good customer service and was very welcoming.
