I was able to walk in and ask as many questions about any item as I wanted with no rush. I had walked into the store about 3 times prior to my final purchase and each time they were just as kind and responsible in tending to my questions. Once I finally chose what I wanted, I was thrilled and the overall help I got within the week was super helpful.

My boyfriend bought me a ring for Christmas, wrong size and could not find the receipt. I only wanted to exchange it for the right size. The sales person was very nice, there was no problem. Guess what? I will be back Valentines Day! LOL
