Pandora Jewelry

I dislike the fact that you can no longer “shop” in your stores. I was given a brochure to shop from and had to stand in line just to enter the store. I can shop online for that experience. If you want to know why stores get shut down, this is the reason. I like your jewelry which is the only reason I continue to deal with the experience. My sales associate was very nice when I finally got him to wait on me. From what I saw, maybe 1 of 3 other sales associates actually cracked a smile. I was questioning why I had waited.

When we arrived home we noticed 1 stone had fallen out

Danielle at the Boca Raton store was MORE than helpful. I had made plans to link together the matte black PandoraMe links, to create a full necklace, but this was not possible. I had my heart set on this, but Danielle went above and beyond to find 2 bracelets that were similar to the design I wanted, and I was able to create a necklace I love just as much. My only frustration was with the lack of customization with the specific links. I was hoping that all links would have an opening, making them fully customizable, but I felt very limited. Regardless, I have a necklace I am extremely happy with, and I owe all my thanks to Danielle. She was TRULY amazing! She deserves a raise!

There was a few items that I wanted to purchase that the store did not have

At Pandora in Coral Springs Mall not an place l would not shop there anymore,

They had something that was perfect for the gift I was looking for. Love what I got. I was just standing around for a bit though with 2 workers just talking with each other. When the person who helped me was done with her customer, she helped me right away.

This Pandora Store does NOT have a wide variety of Amethyst Charms, and I have experienced this for some years now when shopping at Pandora for my birth stone color Amethyst … It would be great to myself, and an great investment to my Pandora bracelets if Pandora Company would produce & provide a bigger collection & selection of Amethyst charms, and other Pandora merchandise.

The product that I ordered online said that it was available at the store that I went to and when I got there it was not available. I did end up finding a great replacement item though
