Love Pandora product. Customer service was very professional

Not everything in the catalog is in the store. Items in store are lovely. Priced well.

I was very well attended and I had the option to choose calmly and the attendant very patiently.

Because not one speak Spanish and also because I decided to use the bracelet after the purchase and they didn’t give me the box where I supposed to store it

I think the prices continue to get higher and that can put off a lot of people

I wasn’t highly satisfied, But yet satisfied I wanted to purchase charms and my sales associate wasn’t so helpful on suggesting or giving me ideas on different items.

I was not able to view the charms due to the opaque counters. However, I tried to describe to the salesperson the charms that I was interested in from my head. She presented all sorts of charms except what I desired. I noticed another customer was handed a catalog to choose from. Also I’ve spent more money at Pandora when I see the display trays. Not my best experience in this store in a high end area.

I have been there before and usually when I ask to see something like the rings they put the tray on the counter so I asked the Associate why you're not putting the tray on the counter she said due to Covet reasons well I have been in the store when the covid was very high and they still brought the tray out on the top so that way I can see which one I'd like to try on which I couldn't do that due to You're associate I was upset because of it if I'm gonna look at jewelry I would like to try on my size and if I like it I would Have bought another ring but she didn't give me that chance to do that I will be going back but not any time soon I do like Pandora but that shopping experience was not what I expecte. Very dissatisfied

The wait time was ridiculous the customer service was not good at all slow and participation I would not return to the store again

Sales associate was not friendly . Sales associate seemed to not know how to ring up a sale. Sales associate had such long nails she was unable to put bracelet on me
