Received a pandora bracelet for Mothers Day a few years ago and the clasp was recalled and I had to discard that bracelet & purchase a new one! No credit or discount for a Pandora bracelet that you no longer sell because of this issue!

The sales forgot to put an item in the bag . I assume I paid for the bracelet on the receipt but it was just the purchase of a charm . Had to take another trip for bracelet .

I completely understand the new protocol because of COVID but the wait was pretty long for there to be 6 employees and only 4 were working
