Well, I bought my items on the spot. The young lady didn’t wipe my bracelets to shine as she did the customer before me. I waiting a long time and even though I wore my bracelets out of the store once purchased, she did not give me boxes for TWO bracelets I purchased. Neither a box for THREE charms I purchased. I asked for one after cleaning one of my older Pandora bracelets and she gave me one. Not too pleased with that seeing that the couple before me received stellar treatment. I may return this purchase.

I bought a charm that the salesperson told me was a flower, but the receipt said it was a snowflake. When you look up the charm online it is actually a snowflake.

I was not Highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience because my ring was not the best quality. Not even a week after purchasing my ring a stone has fallen out, and I don't wear this ring everyday nor do I wear it all the time when I do wear it.

The merchandise that I was interested in was not available for me at the time of my visit.

The store was almost out of stock. The selection was minimal. Tried two other stores for product w no luck. It seems a waste of money to have all the store sales persons there as the selections were so few. The sales person we had promised to call us when the items i'd like come in.
