I tried to get service at the outside display and was ignored. Then one person a male said “we tend to help those in line first”. I thought the line was only for those who wanted to enter the store. So I got in-line after a couple of minutes the person who ignored me asked if anyone in-line would like to see anything in the outside case. By that time I wanted to see the whole collection. She was insistent that everything that were in the 4 small cases were exactly the same as everything in the entire store! Lol. I waited for my turn in-line to enter the store. When two people left the store I was told I could enter the store and did so. Once again I was ignored. I asked for help and Malek walked past me to the door with her credit card device to accept someone from the outside. I turned around in disbelief and the girl watching the door did stop her and told her that I was next in line. I did make a purchase as I had been wanting a Pandora piece for a long time and it was a few days after my birthday and wanted to treat myself.

My sister bought an ecard for me online. She received an email that it's pending and the money came out of her account but she never received the email with the barcode to send to me. She ordered it Nov. 23rd and wanted me to have it on my 50th birthday, the 25th Nov. We contacted Pandora by phone and they said she must just wait for the email. We waited a whole week and she finally decided to cancel it and get her money back. We were both very disappointed that I couldn't get my ecard on time for my birthday. So she had to wire the money to my bank account instead and I went and bought my bracelet. I asked the manager if they could at least honor the black friday sale they had going on the week of my birthday and she said NO. I explained that it was Pandora's fault for the poor online service they provided, waiting a week for an ecard. My sister was extremely upset as she wanted me to have it on time. So I thought the least they could do was honor the sale price for the bracelet and charm I bought. I actually wanted to buy another charm while I was there but felt so annoyed at the time that I just left the store. Pandora needs to improve their egift card service.
