the store was very busy and people as in the retailer’s were moving around so the line took some time but it was definitely worth it, i was able to get exactly what i was looking for with no issues

The box for the earrings for my gift was not the proper box! The girls put the earrings in a ring box! Not a great presentation, looked cramped! Used a smaller cheap bag (pink colored) not the usual signature Pandora bag! Maybe cause that day(Friday was 35 percent off

I was highly satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a gift for a friend and I got the perfect one thanks to the lady that help me in the store. Customer service is always great.

I wasn’t highly satisfied with my visit mainly because all the associates were a bit too pushy. I was approached by 3 different associates consecutively asking if they can assist me. That’s great that they want to assist but it was a bit overwhelming. I didn’t know what I was looking for, so I wanted to first look around before I got an idea. When I was finally ready, I went to one of the original associates that approached me and asked if I could see an item. She looked very confused and it look them a good 5 minutes of shuffling me around to pair me up with an associate. It was interesting to say the least. But my experience after was nice. The associate I had was not very knowledgeable and skipped some steps in the procedure, but she was very nice.

Con mi prometido tuvimos una mala experiencia en esta tienda ubicado en Boca Raton FL. La vendedora Rachel si tenia conocimiento del producto pero donde nos sentimos decepcionados fue que mi prometido quería que limpiarán mis aritos que son Pandora y ella después del haber realizado su misión que eras vender solo nos dijo que la limpieza de los aritos lado teníamos qué hacer nosotros mismos y ella solo nos dio una breve explicación yo sé retiro nos sentimos mal como cliente porque claramente se vio que sólo quería salir del compromiso de vender. Es mi primera mala experiencia en Pandora porque en la tienda de Tysons corner en Virginia es donde compro regularmente el servicio que me brindan ahí es excelente, pero con lo sucedido ayer mi prometido not quiere volver a Pandora
