The store did not have the summer wave collection I went to purchase. Told I could only get it on line

The young lady Audry the sales clerk was so postive and knowledgeable of pandora products. She spent time with me and guided me with beautiful selections.

Sales associate was not that knowledge- I asked her measurement size of leather bracelet and she said she didn’t know it only comes in 3 sizes so I am not sure if I was getting the size I wanted. Had to base it on trying on. Also asked for the sunburnt clips- she showed me them but I didn’t realize that the ones she showed me were not the ones I wanted. I wanted the ones that had the cubic zirconia. And she didn’t even ask me which one out of the 2 designs I wanted. I didn’t realize this til I got home. I also needed to clean my silver mesh bracelet- she’s tried to clean it but it still has a slight yellow color to it. I’m sure this is a defect and not her fault. A silver bracelet should not have a yellow tinge

Only because I called customer service and they sent me to the store to return a bracelet that I even provided the code number over the phone to be sure was returnable and the store told me they wouldn’t do it because they don’t carry that item and it was a Final Sale....So I don’t know if the person on the phone was wrong, or the store just didn’t want to deal with it. I would be happy with a credit to get something else. The rep on the phone never said it was a Final Sale, on the contrary, she said they would exchange at the store for a smaller size for sure because that bracelet is a very popular Pandora product.
