I think that the moving in one direction was weird because I backed up to see something in a case and the hosting associate said I had to move one way which was forward. So I get it everyone trying to practice safe behaviors to avoid unnecessary contact and remain 6 ft apart etc. I do understand that it is beyond many of our control.

One reason why I didn’t choose to be highly satisfied is because I was highly dissatisfied with my online ordering that it has messed my entire experience with Pandora overall a nightmare. Making me never again want to order online and recommended no one as well to do the same. I have too small items as well as damaged items. I was apart of the promotion buy over $125 and get free bangle I bought a rose gold bracelet for my mom for Mother’s Day and it turned out to be too small and because I ordered online I had to wait hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes just to be told I can’t exchange I have to return and rebuy even return the free bangle after I rebought the $175 bracelet in her rugby size and was willing to show proof to keep my free bracelet. I don’t think this is great honorable customer experience and will you ever receive my money again based off of this experience. Well online at least

The service was okay, I’ve had better service at this store. I felt as if I was a bit rushed by the sales person. I can get not assume because it was the Christmas rush.
