The iPad are not working, so the checkout process took forever long...this is difficult on a Black Friday

One of the items we wanted was not in stock. Check out was a bit slow as sales persons pad working very slow. Wished company would allow customers look at whole tray of product.

the merchandise that were on sale have a very limited sizes available. Fall collection wasn’t all available. the promotion was also very confusing, I hope they make it simpler.

The overall price of merchandise, too high.

I want to see bangle and the sell woman give me the book to choose. I would prefer to see the options of the charms instead to choose in a paper

I couldn't find the charmes i wanted. There isn't good offers although it was mothers day, only the gifts.
