the products are a little expensive

Sales associates really take interest did not have enough knowledge of the product in questions.

I received a bracelet & charms as a gift & because I was a few days over my receipt as it was awkward to ask my boss for the receipt to change the item I had to make a decision right then at the sire what I wanted. I asked if I could get a gift card so I could come with my daughter for her opinion on what I was selecting & the manager said no. I had to select right then

I wanted to use the survey coupon and it didn't go through. I made two purchases and I wanted to use my coupon with the second one but it didn't work.

The associate seemed to flock to us as soon as we entered not allowing us to walk around and look. This made me feel untrustworthy like I might steal something or that she was extremely eager for a sale. Either way it made me uncomfortable.

I wanted to see overall collection of charms and the sales lady kept bringing out only a few at a time

My experience in this Pandora was not Highly Satisfied because of the customer service. The person who assisted me was not very friendly, she looked like she was uninterested in assisting me. She looked like she was in a rush.

everything was good the saleswoman did not know all the merchandise not everything was available
