I wasn't highly satisfied with my pandora experience because there were a list and the store was busy and all the associate had a customer. Because i had a pandora store credit charge they told me on a previous visit I'll be able to skip and be next customer in line. On todays visit I put prefered pandora cedit card next to my name. They call the next person to help then I left the store for about 2 hrs then I returned back and it was all clear. I guess the pandora credit card isn't prefered after all.

the sales associate didn't know a lot of the products that were on sale. Several times I had to ask her to double check if she had my size and at the end she finally found it. I think she could have cared more. I'm happy with the product though!

This was my first time at this Pandora, Mireille S was great from beginning to end just delightful professional and very helpful. I spent over $900 in the store that day and there was no free gift given we had to ask for something now i know that it is not Mireielle's fault her hands were tied she is doing what she has to as an associate but i felt as if it were a slap in the face to find something like a wallet in the back that was probably discontinued or something everyone was friendly but after i return some of my items that i bought i probably will not go back to this Boca location again because i feel as if i should have been compensated differently it really left a poor taste in my mouth and to make matters far worse corporate was there as well. :(

Not greeted right away while waiting at counter. Sales associate not able to print a gift receipt. Not all charms would fit into necklace I wanted to purchase.
