Called from 10:00 AM until 10:20 (numerous times) and no one answered the phone. We weren't sure the store was open so almost didn't come. The sales associate said they had customers waiting so they didn't answer the phone. No further explanation or apology was provided. It seems there should be some priority for both phone and breathing customers.

The store did not have the item I wanted in stock.

Problem with setting up credit card and 10% discount

I bought a ring and one of the crystals fell off the following day

takes too long to shop. have to always ask prices. would like to check thngs out on my own

Some of the products I wanted was out and went still none are available

The two charms I went in looking to purchase were out of stock. However one of the sales persons failed to tell me there was one left (on display) that she sold two days after I had gone in asking for that specific charm.

Didn’t have a lot of charms options.
