I understand that it was the day before Christmas Eve and there were a lot of people and it was probably hectic but I felt rushed and pressured during my purchased. The sales associate never looked me in the eye, was kind of indignant and rude.

not enough sales personnel. The Wellington store did not have the Apple charm in stock and did not offer to get it for me but instead sent me to Boca.

I was greeted and met at the door with someone with a clipboard who wanted my name and cell phone number (where I later received a text). There was an associate available so there was no wait. I found that a little intrusive.

I was very satisfied vut I was on a trip when I visited this store.

The store is very busy and not enough associates

I was greated at the door but my name was not asked and therefore wasn't pit on the list. I grabbed a catalog and took my time choosing the items I wanted to see. When i approached the counter to say i was reavdy it took a while to get anyones attention and when i dod i was told my name had to be on the list.. I went back to the ladies at the entrance and had my name written down and proceeded to wait for everyone else before me on the list to be assisted before I could get anyone to help me. If I wasn't practically 9 months pregnant and with a toddler I might not have cared. I almost walked out but had spent too much time there already and was tired.

Had to wait almost 15 minutes to have my order done once I knew already what to buy.

Love the store and how the merchandise was displayed. Service was pleasurable and pleasing. Felt very good about my purchase.

I was satisfied with by visit but not highly because it took a while to actually get in the store because of the wait line and even then the store but still pretty full.
