Only because of the wait time. The system was set up to where people signed up to receive a text so they wouldn’t have to stand in line but were able to shop. However the ones that decided to wait in the line waited even longer because the ones that opt not to stay and wait was waited on first. However I was able to get inside after about 30 minutes and the customer service was great.

The service was wonderful and the store is beautiful. Everything was easily found and I enjoyed the shopping experience.

After making a 300 dollar purchase, the clerk forgot to ring up the polishing cloth. I declined to have her re run my credit card. She should have just given me a new one. She gave me an old dirty cloth. Shame

Everything were pretty well except one thing : when I asked sales associate if I can use a coupon which I got last time in the store she said yes, and a minute later after she spoke with smb she said I can’t ... I was disappointed...

Upon arriving there were big groups all ethic large families even though just one person was buying. I brought my 8 year old in for a charm waited 20 min. The girl who helped us was sweet but she was not necessarily quick and didn’t have a young girl options ready to show fast. I did request to show my daughter lower priced items (for me I don’t have much $$) She pulled expensive out. My daughter is now dying for the chameleon that I can’t buy her. Yesterday I got her a $50 charm. I would have preferred to see $30 selections.

You advertise a bracelet fee with the purchase - well, you didn't have the bracelet available, so I ended up buying one. I would think you would send one to my home for the as this was a promotional offering that should be readily available..
