Associate was extremely dry. Barely even looked at me or spoke. Just grabbed my items and handed them to me. I bought 3 charms. She seemed annoyed she had to bag each separately

I couldn't get three separate bags for my 3 purchases. The girl gave me only one bag saying "we're not allowed to give more".

We were not told that the bracelet counted as one item for the “buy 2 get 1” promotion. So we ended up buying more than we intended to. That is not honest at all.

The horrific line outside to get in. Sales associates just wandering around the counter not helping customers or defuse the line. Very slow and no one came to check the line.

I brought my pandora birthday coupon to the the store and they had difficulty using it. I have a pandora preferred credit card and i feel like every year theres a problem with pandora coupons. Eventually they got the coupon to work after 10 times of trying it and they even went as far as asking me if the coupon has been used already. It was embarassing and an uncomfortable feeling while the employees look at me like I was doing something wrong.
