I hate the waiting to get to store!

The associate approached me by asking if I was there to return something which was offensive. Then after i said no, she asked if i was there to buy something, well obviously. I should have asked for another associate. She ruined my buying experience and didnt even ask me if i wanted to try on what i was buying.

I would suggest the store to have additional staff when running a promotion; seemed the store did not have enough Team Members working doing their promotions because it took me longer then to have a Team Member assist me with my order.

On line to not give and option fir bill and the other mail address where to send On line don’t give you options to chug something free to exchange for a different item even if you going tobacco y more for the difference The store told me I can’t chug and pay the difference but when I got there after 30 min told no

The sales associate Malek was awesome but the location was out of most of all the charms I was looking for. And the on site Manager was not to inviting.

What difference will it make ! It’s not like your going to fix the problem.

Did a curbside order but it’s not really curbside because you have to walk into the store to pick up the merchandise. Curbside means you stay in the car and someone brings it to you. I still had to wait for someone to help me and then had to wait while they found my order. Probably saved no more than a minute or 2 by doing “curbside”. I spent time online looking for my items, then on the phone paying for them Then having to wait, doesn’t really save me time. As a company you should be more transparent and honest of what curbside really is. I’m disappointed and will be shopping elsewhere.

They made my girlfriend uncomfortable, saying her bracelet wasn’t from pandora. But other then that the visit was descent.
