I received a gift for my birthday and showed I already had one. I wanted to just exchange it for a different one.

purchased ring even though the price was in question due to a display problem . row with rind in back and earring in front only had one price tag in from of the earrings . it made the display look like both were the same price. another set was beside it in that order and looked to be a different price. the ring i wanted looked to cost $55 but instead was $85. i purchased the ring even though it was a problem and spoke to the store manager as she come over when the question was asked. she said she would take it up with the district manager but it seams to be how you display merchandise . i find it a problem and if it happens again i would say it is misleading merchandise display tactics and won't shop at any pandora store. i think this is reasonable as no one wants to feel cheated.

The associates weren't really happy on doing a exchange. They barely listened, or tried to understand what I was trying to say. I am not a native speaker but I was trying really hard, they just needed to show some respect, after all I was paying for the staff that I bought.

THis had nothing to do with the sales help or the merchandise. I am 79 years old and lining up outside the store and waiting 10 minutes is not a pleasurable shopping experience.

I have more than bracelets with most of them filled and I waited several minutes for an exchange. I also made a purchase of a rose gold safety chain and the customer service representative was unaware of the choices for rose gold safety chains. I also received my item in a generic black pouch. It felt like the commission was far much more important.

After spending about $400, I asked my sales associate (who was very helpful and personable) if I could have one of the pocket size Pandora catalogues. She said “one moment I’ll ask my manager. She asked, and without even turning around to acknowledge my presence, he gruffly said NO. I’m not sure I want to return to that store, which is in the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton Florida

The 4 th customer service attended me. There was an “o” missing and the orders it but it took a lot of time. I got home and “n”was upside down.

It really turned me off when the sales person helping my sister and I yawned repeatedly, not even hiding her mouth being wide open with her hand.

We were looking for 2 particular rings and they only had 1 in stock. The salesperson has no idea when they would get it. She was also not friendly at all.

Hello, it was the first time I ever bought a Pandora bracelet and the salesgirl acted like I should have known which one I wanted and how they opened. She kind of made me feel a little... you know she was a little condescending. She really didn't try to sell me any charms in fact she was wearing a bracelet and I pointed oh that's pretty and she didn't even show me where her charm was and she didn't do any suggestive selling. Just made me feel a little dumb toward Pandora stuff like I should have known about the bracelets and how to open them etcetera. Kind of so much so that I just got my bracelet I got the one with the heart shape and it was $69 and I just left right after cuz I didn't want to stay thank you
