Waited for 30 min for sales lady to find my ring size, ask for deliver to my home, instead I have made a special trip to pick up in store. Also, unexpectedly we have get online to enter the store.

Selection was limited ...charms were not displayed so I had to keep guessing at what I wanted...seems like you were pushing rings and not charms...nothing new came out.

I waited in line to get into the store for about 45 minutes only to find out that the charms I wanted were sold out. The sales associate did nothing to make other suggestions, or to even offer to order the items online or locate them at a different store. Instead I picked out a different charm by going through the catalog. Quite disappointing.

I briefly walked around the store looking at the merchandise, not one associate asked if I needed assistance. The store manager was present, not helping any customers, texting on her phone, while I stood there for over 15 mins with no assistance. Eventually a sales associate had assisted me. She was helpful but my overall experience was not good. I found it extremely unprofessional of the store manager to not assist me which I stood there for some time.

I tried to get help with a problem with a bracelet that is just 60 day old. the cllosure on one of my bracelets is VERY difficult to open or close. I have arthritis in both hands and it is impossible to open or close it by myself. I wanted to just please exchange the bracelet for an easier clasp. It was outright denied and no solution provided. I also came in for a zodiac charm and as is usual they did not have the charm. Ultimately they did send me to Macy’s in the same mall where I did purchase my item. I will return to Macy’s from now on! Very disappointed in the ability to get any help for my bracelet issue. I am sure something could have been offered to me!

Was in hospital for a procedure last week and asked her to ask manager if they would honor the free bracelet deal given the circumstances. Also had the hospital wristband on me, and she said no they wont and she is too busy to get her and the deal is over. She then got the manger to help with the gift cards for the sale. SHe wasn't too busy for that. Along with the hospital tag, I know she saw about 20 Pandora bracelets on me, between my 2 wrists. The free Bracelet would have been a great benefit to pandora. So upset. I should get 2 free bracelets for this

There were 3 customers being helped with just me inline. There were 3 associates with guests and 2 associates seemingly hanging out. I stated u just needed 1 charm and they acknowledged…I still waited in line for 25 minutes before getting assistance (i was the only guest in line)
