I asked for a price of a charm , they told me it was $55 and when I went to check out, it was $95!! Huge difference. Also, the sales person left us in the middle of the transaction

Saleswoman had no interest on selling. Had no compassion for the meaning of my purchase.

I asked about a promotion and was told that the promotion was over only to find out later that evening that the promotion was the whole weekend. Being that I was told the promotion was over I decided to do two separate transactions so they could start the engraving the pieces while I continued shopping. That way once I was done shopping the pieces would be ready and I didn’t have to wait for them. I’m highly upset.

Salesperson didn’t know answer to my question. Also she lied about sale was over. I had to return to store to get the truth

you buy a gift expecting on a nice box! second time they claim they dont have any , and just used a paper bag

I placed an order online on December 24 and because I have yet to receive the charm I had to purchase the charm in the store.

When my sister and I entered the store, we were greated by a young lady who stated she would be right with us. However after waiting for her and the two other ladies who were simply standing in the back to assist us, we approached the only male associate when he was finished with the only other African American customer in the store who was of great help. We will never return.

There were only 2 people working the floor so it took a long time for us to get help. I walked in there knowing exactly what I wanted but had to wait over 20 minutes for help. The women who helped me barely spoke to me she made no recommendations or anything. The entire time she rang me up she was talking to the other associate who was on her break about personal stuff.

My 13 year old daughter went with her friend to buy frendship rings. And she was given the “pretty Girl treatment” ( Watch Julia Roberts movie. she bought the rings. Was given no bag. No box. And she felt like the lady who took care off them wanted them out. This is a future client. What a shame
